A local chronic cough study/studies is researching an investigational treatment to see if it may reduce feeling fatigue associated with long-term cough.

If you are concerned about how long-term coughaffects your life, you may be interested to find out more about the chronic cough study/studies.

To take part in the study, you need to be 18 to 80 years of age and have had a chronic cough for at least 1 year that has not gotten better or has only improved a little after seeing a doctor.

Eligible participants will receive study-related medication, assessments, and care at no cost. You will also receive compensation for travel while participating. Health insurance is not required to take part.

The chronic cough clinical research study/studies is looking for local people living with unexplained chronic cough. You could help us deepen our understanding of, advance the field of medical care for, and investigate potential treatment options for chronic cough.

You may be eligible to take part in the study if you:

  • are an adult
  • have had a chronic cough for at least 1 year/li>
  • have a cough that has not gotten better, or has only improved a little, after seeing a doctor and trying prescribed or over-the-counter medicines

Participants will receive no-cost study-related care and study medication. No health insurance required.
