We are looking for teen to join a UC clinical research study to help us discover more about treating inflammatory bowel disease. If you are looking for a potential new treatment option for inflammatory bowel disease or CD (including associated symptoms such as joint pain, iron deficiency, constant need to poop, frequent fevers and/or joint pain), consider one of our UC studies. All eligible participants will receive no-cost study-related care and study medication. Your teen may be eligible to take part.

Your child may be eligible to take part in the UC studies if they:

• are 2‒17 years of age
• have been diagnosed with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn’s disease (CD)
• have previously received treatment for UC or CD that has not worked.

Local CD research study is testing a potential new medication to see if it may reduce diarrhea with blood and pus, persistent diarrhea, abdominal pain, weight loss, and/or joint pain associated with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.
