about the study

Is your child currently experiencing moderate to severe ulcerative colitis flare-ups? Local clinical research study is testing a potential new medication to see if it may reduce diarrhea, perianal fistula, rectal pain, frequent fevers, and/or liver disease associated with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis.
If you’re concerned about how moderate to severe ulcerative colitis affects your child’s life, find out more about the clinical research study.

Your child may be eligible for one of the GI studies if they are 2‒17 years of age, have been diagnosed with moderate to severe UC or CD, and have previously received treatment for UC or CD that has not worked.

By joining the GI studies, your child may receive:
