Is your child currently experiencing moderate to severe UC flare-ups? Local Crohn’s disease clinical research study is testing a potential new medication to see if it may reduce diarrhea with blood and pus, fatigue, bloody stool, frequent fevers, and/or eye pain associated with moderate to severe UC.

Your child may be eligible for one of the GI studies if they are 2‒17 years of age, have been diagnosed with moderate to severe UC or CD, and have previously received treatment for UC or CD that has not worked.
By joining the GI studies, your child may receive:
