Is your child currently experiencing Crohn’s disease flare-ups? Local Crohn’s disease (CD) study is testing a potential new medication to see if it may reduce abdominal pain, growth failure, cramps, frequent fevers, and/or liver disease associated with Crohn’s disease.
If you’re concerned about how Crohn’s disease affects your child’s life, find out more about the Crohn’s disease (CD) study.
Your child may be eligible for one of the GI studies if they are 2‒17 years of age, have been diagnosed with moderate to severe UC or CD, and have previously received treatment for UC or CD that has not worked.
By joining the GI studies, your child may receive:
- Compensation for study-related time
- Reimbursement for study-related travel
- Study-related care from local doctors
