INDICATION (DISEASE)

about the study

We are looking for young people at least 2 years of age but under 18 to join a Crohn’s disease clinical research to help us discover more about treating moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis. If you are looking for a potential new treatment option for moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis or moderately to severely active IBD (including associated symptoms such as urgency to defecate, abdominal cramps, bloody stool, chronic fatigue and/or anemia), consider one of our GI research studies. All eligible participants will receive no-cost study-related care and study medication. Your young people at least 2 years of age but under 18 may be eligible to take part.

Your child may be eligible to take part in the GI research studies if they:

  • are 2‒17 years of age
  • have been diagnosed with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) or Crohn’s disease (CD)
  • have previously received treatment for UC or CD that has not worked.
